Learning Culture

It´s my belief that students and teachers need time to become a learning community, where teachers are not the source of information or knowledge.  I think that at tec this time, prior to begin a class sometimes is not considered.   Personally, I try to have one on one interviews with my students to know what is their interests, what moves them. Knowing this is a lot easier to engage with them. It allows to include in a very simple way the notion recently introduced of the "inspiring professor".
