If an educator isn’t internally motivated, how can they ever expect or hope that their students will be? We have to lead by example. Also, I’d like to restate the importance of building one’s personal learning network from both inside their discipline and outside if it in the periphery. Creativity and innovation connections are abundant if we only care to open our eyes and look near and far.
