They determine what<br \/> they need to teach and what materials students should explore on their<br \/> own. You should at least have a summary of what your submission is.<\/li>\n<li>Post a short (60 seconds – 3 minutes) video screen capture\/recording of your reflections on the topic. Please post to YouTube (you can leave it as ‘unlisted’ or make it public, your choice) and embed that inside your blog post<\/li>\n<li>Post a short essay (How long? Long enough, a single page even) of your thoughts on this to get them into written format. Video is great, but the written word creates a different type of reflection and also is much more amenable to searching. Remember you can go back and edit blog post anytime and we encourage you to comment on other participant’s blogs. Post earlier in the week to drive more traffic to your blog.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Wednesday (morning)\u00a0<\/strong>(10am-10:30am) Our morning chat is scheduled (guests pending) to discuss the 3rd pillar\u00a0and whatever else you would like to talk about. See the links up at the top of the page.
