Even with #WSQ17 not having video, I managed to download and make Scilab work on my computer!
I’m now able to analize some data and see it plotted! I’ll be playing around with it on my own time, but for now; I guess I need some shut-eye!
Thanks for reading guys!
]]>Hey guys! After technical issues with my computer and installing Scilab*, I was able to play around a bit on a friend's computer (props to JuanPSantana), and followed the instructions on the tutorial given to new users on how to do simple aritmethic operations, and plotting some functions.
Though I didn't get a lot of time with the tool, it seems pretty useful and user friendly, so I'll leave the link to the download page and a link to the tutorial right here:
*NOTE: After playing on JuanPSantana's computer, I went back and noticed that Yosemite requires a special version of Scilab, so here's the download link as well:
http://www.scilab.org/content/view/full/1266
Download Link:
Beginner's book:

I suggest you use it, you may find a very good use for it in due time!
Thank you so very much for following the post so far, and I hope to be able to bring you guys some more content in the future!
