Hello World

The first task I was asked to do in my Solving Problems with Programming class was to do a really simple program, the program that everybody that is just starting to program does, that program was Hello World; I’ve programmed before in visual basic, but I’d never used C++, it was new for me, so I really knew nothing. So first of all I have to learn how to program in C++, to this, I read some chapters of the book that Ken posted in his page. I learned the basic things, but it was enough to write this little simple code, so I wrote it, then I compiled it in the bash to make it run. It’s a good program to start when you want to learn how to program. So here is my code and how it works.   #helloCaptura de pantalla 2017-08-24 a las 19.17.13Captura de pantalla 2017-08-24 a las 19.17.00

My first week at Tecnologico de Monterrey

My first week as a student of Tecnologico de Monterrey campus Guadalajara was full of everything you can imagine. In the welcome event that took place on August 4th I met some nice guys, but we don’t have any of our Monday’s classes together, so I was really nervous in my first day. I was about to start a new chapter in my life where everything would be new, new city, new friends and new school. This was a really big change that scared me; but everything disappear when I got to my classroom, I realize that people is so nice, as much professors as classmates, I feel really comfortable since the time I got in, I was happy to be starting this new stage of my life; I have to admit that I miss my parents, my family, and my friends, but I know that they like to see me where I am now, and I am where I am now because of every one of them, they have given to me all the tools I need to be here. I signed up for soccer classes; I really thought that if I didn’t do that I would miss a lot playing soccer. I’m also taking German classes. My first week was great, I met a lot of people, I like every class I take and I love going to soccer trainings.
