The ECOS – formerly known as ECOAS – are coming. They are a very important tool for feedback which we should all take responsibility for. They’re kind of like a vote, where you decide the fate of the teachers eerily as they wait for the imminent results… ok so maybe not like that. But they do have a big impact in the assessment of teachers by the school. So brace yourself and ECOS everything!!
