#TC1017 #wsq08: Fun with numbers 2.0

This is the same program as WSQ03, except that in this one, I created five different functions, instead of using couts. Chapter 3 of the book really helped, as it explained what parameters are, and how to create and use functions. Apart from that, this code was easy to write.
