#WSQ01 set up c++

since i have windows, i installed cygwin (which is the console to compile and run the code). i downloaded from https://www.cygwin.com/  and then run the setup.exe program to install it. since we need the g++ to compile, once you have this on your screen (see iimage at the bottom)  search literally for ” g++ “. and there will be a folder. click on the little button beside the “default” button. finally i can get my cygwin with g++
