Be social under your own awareness

Yes, we also speak english.

So basically, today’s topic at #iTecGDA was about what happens whenever you share something on facebook, twitter, instagram or any other massive social network that area nowdays “popular”. Whenever you post a picture on your profile on any of these networks, do you guys take a second before posting it to know, what is the reach of your post? Have you guys tried to know where does your photo goes to? Picture this, you take a picture of your baby, of your dog, of your girlfriend and it’s good you know, but, “what is the risk of that?” you may think. That picture you took, in seconds it can give you likes on social networks, in minutes it can give you something to talk with your aunt that you haven’t talked to in months; but without your concern, now that photo is on data bases that companies pay to have, and now, that picture is part of someone else’s information and now is on someone else’s computer; without you knowing, now you are part of an add in a mature content web page saying “I’m ready to have a good night with you”.

Where I’m going is that, basically you screw some things up to have your information protected, have some dummy’s accounts to check what you can do and what you can’t, put some filters on instagram, get your pics restricted on facebook, just try to protect your identity, cus’ you never know when you are going to see yourself in an adult content page just because you didn’t protected your information.

(This is my personal opinion, I might be wrong, but that’s the way I see this type of things.

From the Inside

Good luck guys! See you tomorrow
