Day 1 started with a Welcome, where Ken asked us to join the Facebook group of the course.
Afterwards, we had a guest speaker: Dave Cormier
He talked us about his experience with Digital Identity, the advantages and the risks of it. Also, he answered some of our questions and doubts.
His advice was to never post anything that our mother would not be proud of or that we would not be able to defend on court, which was a funny but useful advice.
Another important advice: never post anything about bank accounts or important stuff like that.
After, we had a reflective activity where we wrote on a piece of paper the following:
1st side: a tweet-like-phrase that describe us.
2nd side: 5 things I like about myself, 5 things I would like to change about myself and 5 things people do not know about me.
We had a 30 minute break.
The next step after the break was to set up our blogs.
At 11:30, Ken showed us some videos about the next guest speakers.
