I have already download Cydwin and atom to program, furthermore I understood how to use it.

I used this page : https://www.cygwin.com/ and I pushed in  setup-x86_64.exe (64-bit installation). next to this I had to download the program and follow the steps.

To install atom was easier, you just have to go to this link: https://atom.io/   and push on download, the steps are more simples than in Cygwin
