Scilab es una herramienta muy util de alto lenguaje de programacion pero que una vez comienzas a agarrar la onda comienzas a darte cuenta que estas ante una herramienta magnifica.

Pero de verad que recomiendo altamente este programa (excepto a los de Mac, ellos si tienen pedos con esta aplicacion)

Even with #WSQ17 not having video, I managed to download and make Scilab work on my computer!
I’m now able to analize some data and see it plotted! I’ll be playing around with it on my own time, but for now; I guess I need some shut-eye!

En este WSQ lo que teniamos que hacer era instalar Scilab, tardó mucho en instalarse pero la verdad es una herramienta que dentro de poco tiempo la mayoría de los que estamos estudiando una ingenieria, vamos a utilizar. La verdad yo no sabía de este programa pero es super util ya que puedes hacer muchísimas cosas en el, al principio es dificil de utilizar pero viendo el video tutorial que vienen en la página, la verdad es que es mucho más sencillo de lo que parece. Es una aplicación o programa que nos va a servir para otras materias que llevemos más adelante. Este programa esta muy padre y también lo padre es que esta disponible para utilizar en Linux, Windows o Mac. Es gratis y la verdad no lo voy a borrar de mi computadora hasta encontrarle un buen uso.

I didn’t know about this program, but i could not install it on my mac but i will be trying. Thanks for this program:)
In this WSQ all we have to do it was download Scilab and play with it. So I did.
At first i didn´t have an idea of which use does Scilab had or what was the point of using it.
But i started reading the instructions and turns out it was a really fun program. I play by doing math and some conditionals.
I really liked it, in the courses that i´m right now i am not shure if it would help a lot but i´m pretty sure that later in my career it would. In courses like math, elecricity, physics and other ones I´m shure it will be really helpful.
I wouls like to use this post to say thanks to my profesor Ken Bauer who i can honestly say is one of the best teachers i ever had, becuase of his way of teaching which is Flipped Learning who makes you learn by yourself and be independent from your teachers, or just contact them when you really need them.
Just to make an example. This wsq isn´t really about c++ but is tool which can be really useful for some of us and Ken wants us to know how to use because of that.

This WSQ is about SciLab but what is it ? Well let me tell you this is a mathemathical enviroment created to help you to make calculations, programs, functions an plots. It’s very entretaining even you can play all day doing functions, plots and vectors, whatever its awesome.
Maybe you will ask If its difficult to use but thats no the case e it’s very simple to use it 🙂 you can solve all the problems you could have in you career. I found this tutorial for download this program this help me to download in my MAC 🙂 I think is the same for Windows.

Scilab es un software matemático, con un lenguaje de programación de alto nivel, para cálculo científico, interactivo de libre uso y disponible en múltiples sistemas operativos Mac, Linux y Windows. Desarrollado por INRIA (Institut National de Recherche en Informatique et en Automatique) y la ENPC (École Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées) desde 1990, por Scilab Consortium dentro de la fundación Digiteo desde 2008, Scilab es ahora desarrollado por Scilab Enterprises desde julio 2012.
Aun no entiendo cómo funciona correctamente este programa, pero a lo que he visto puede ser de una gran ayuda en mi carrera, para hacer diferentes cálculos matemáticos. En tiempos libres tratare de investigar a un más porque se ve que este programa es uno o el más completo para resolver problemas.
