Whelp, the plan is to create an arena shooter using Unity and making the multiplayer aspect of the game ourselves.
Im not really experienced in using unity or mnaging servers and stuff, which is why this will be an interesting project for me. I will do whatever is within my abilities to learn, adapt and overcome this thing, lets see how it goes.

For our final project, our team decided do make a program or at least the tests of it to help studets.
We decided to make a program which consist in showing you who is going to study each of your classes and where so you can make an study group.
We had this idea because we were in partials weeks and this would have been a hige help for us if it existed already.
"Creativity comes from necesity." They say.
Right now we only thought about it, but we are going to use things that we are going to learn in the rest of the semester like interfaces and stuff.

As a final project for this class, we needed to make something object-oriented, not necessarily in Java, but preferably. What Arturo, Miguel and I chose to do was a mod for Minecraft, using Forge.
I had never used Minecraft on PC, but I have +200 hours in Skyrim, a game with a huge modding community, and I have always enjoyed using mods. They can add a whole new experience to the game. So, when I thought of good Skyrim mods to inspire myself for a Minecraft mod, I instantly thought of Frostfall, a great survival mod when you have to seek shelter from the northern province of Tamriel.
What I wanted to do was something similar, that you had to keep yourself warm on Minecraft, to make it more challenging. There is already one mod that does almost exactly what I want my mod to do, plus a few things that I don’t really want. The problem is that this mod has not been updated in a long time and it is a few versions behind from the current release of Minecraft.
We will try to make something similar to Frostfall, maybe a little bit more, if we can. You would have to protect yourself from cold and heat, trying to warm or refresh yourself often, using either fresh or warm clothing, and maybe with the help of a few consumables.

Subtle the “It Crowd”, and the “A-Team” reference…
For this project i will be working with Yosefat Juárez, Héctor Martinez, and Jorge Padilla. The idea for the project has been made and i do think it’ll be awesome.
The idea behind the project is to help students struggling with their exam preparations.This is a very common issue, and we do wish to help every struggling student, not only in Tec, but maybe in other schools.
The project will be an app that after asking about your details, will ask you about your courses, and the dates of your exams. Upon obtaining the information, the app will search within our databases to see who you could be partnered up as a study partner.
After setting you up with a partner, a chat window will open up, in which students will be able to schedule when and where they will be studying and setting all the details needed. It is a very simple concept that will be starting just with Tec, but we would like to expand it to all the possible schools we can.

Our project will be a labyrinth where you gonna take the place of some man/woman and have escape from a mysterious house, where you woke up, could you do it?, times doesn’t run out at your favor.

My team and I decided that our project would be to create a set of tracks with a click system so that anyone can create a time lapse using a cellphone.
We already started working on this project. We already setup and install the raspberry software, we also started playing with java and the raspberry but we have some trouble using the built in IDE (BlueJ) so we had to install Netbeans, we already download the necessary libraries and the additional software. We are currently looking for the hardware and playing with sleep functions on java.

This is my first Project post for this #tc201 course. I will be working with Yosefat Juárez, Héctor Monter, Fernando Partida. We already have got Ken's approval so let me explain how it works.
I'm sure this has happened to you at least once. Let's say you are having your math exam on Monday, and a good friend of yours (whom you usually study with) have his math exam on Friday. So that really complicates the idea of you both gathering for studying the same day at the same time since you and you friend will probably have other upcoming exams and plan on studying math in completely different days. I think you get the idea, right?
Since we're in the middle of the first partial exams, we came with the idea of creating a program/application were you, as a TEC student, log in, enter your information about when you are planning and willing to study and for what course (maths, physics, whatever). Then the application will find for you another student in the Campus who matches your course and the date you're planning to study. This way, it will make it easier for you and the other student(s) to study and will, most likely, get a better grade than if you study by your own. Everybody wins!!!
